If this is your first time giving cutting instructions for a beef or hog, we recommend calling us to give your order instead to ensure you get the cuts you are looking for.

It typically takes about 2 weeks for your beef or hog to be ready. If you ordered any specialty items, it may take longer. You will receive a call or email invoice when your meat is ready for pick up.
